House Colors of Harry Potter - Montegrappa Pens

Hogwarts is the name of the latest addition to the Harry Potter: House Colours collection from Montegrappa. Made under the shield of the world-famous school of wizardry and witchcraft, this umbrella model unites the colors of Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin – the houses honored in the collection’s initial release.

Striking design uses the school’s coat of arms on Hogwarts’ cap disc and clip, and combines artistic elements from each of its companion models. Faber-Castell Hexo Series

Faber-Castell's Hexo Series

The new Hexo Series from Faber-Castell has finally arrived after a long time of waiting! We thank everyone who waited patiently for the arrival of these pens. With all the delays due to COVID, it took a bit longer than expected but we are super glad to have them in!

It is available in ballpoint, rollerball, and fountain pen. It comes in black, silver, and rose.

The fountain pen is a cartridge/converter, however you will have to purchase the converter separately. They also have a stainless steel nib, which is incredibly smooth,  that is available in these sizes: M, F, EF, B. They are also post friendly, but don’t seem to have a lot of back-weight!

For all three pens it features a hexagonal barrel, which is an ergonomically shaped grip zone to make writing more comfortable, and is suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users! The caps are also made out of anodized aluminum that features a solid metal clip.

I would say that these would fit into the category of a great starter/economical pen, especially if you prefer a larger/thicker pen vs a slimmer pen, but don't want to spend too much money. It also has a bit more weight on it than pens such as the Lamy, but isn't exactly too heavy either. It's a decent price for those looking for these type of features. Let us know if you have any questions, and we will be happy to assist you!
